What supernatural for fun! Nasty angels coming to earth to punish the sinners and demons, just waiting, people break up slowly, . Are just as natural as Harry Potter has magic powers
Stuart I was immediately sympathetic, not least because it can stand any more tomatoes as I do too stupid that he just in the course of the book with a tomato is gagged :-) Although it has indeed accepted his homosexuality, he can but every now and then like stupid comments. To prove to everyone that their religious views are nothing but nonsense, he conjures the demon Fon Pyre to make a documentary and to be talking about him the truth about God and the world, and so the villagers their stupidity on the nose . bind
The book is written very simply and with humor, which is on the religious theme just right. Anyone who feels moved from the religious criticisms on his tie, which was to say that the book is not only Christianity and their fanatical followers his leg moves, but also incidentally gives a little more tolerance for religion and diversity. Finally, Stuart accompanied by a very modern priest, the holy water for him, even his summoner leaves and of course the ill-tempered Fon Pyre himself, he makes it clear that faith is not stupid, just because Stuart does not agree with him.
I had feared in between, that the book would wane after the beginning of something witty and rather would pursue a more serious direction, but this was fortunately not the case. Stuart retains his offhand way in, even as if an angry mob together with torches and pitchforks outside his front door. So I finished reading the book in one day. Only the end was a bit lame and quickly dahingehuscht. The just penalty for everyone's actions and unfortunately was not something I was left unsatisfied.
My conclusion: who to amusing and not particularly demanding, but funny, sarcastic, literature searches, is right here. I certainly had a lot of fun.
